LG Holdings Auction App

Thank you for using LG Holdings Auction App (“the App”). This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning vehicles purchased through the App. By using the App, you agree to comply with this Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using the App

Eligibility for Returns :

  1. Vehicles are generally sold on an as is basis, and returns may not be accepted unless explicitly stated otherwise in the auction listing or agreed upon between the buyer and seller.
  2. Returns may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as significant misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition or undisclosed major issues.

Return Process :

  1. If you believe you have a valid reason for returning a purchased vehicle, you must promptly notify both the seller and LG Holdings through the App's designated communication channels.
  2. The return request must include detailed documentation, evidence, and photographs supporting the claim of misrepresentation or undisclosed major issues.
  3. LG Holdings will review the request and may request additional information or evidence from the buyer and seller.
  4. LG Holdings reserves the right to mediate and facilitate communication between the buyer and seller during the return process.

Resolution Options :

  1. If the return request is approved, LG Holdings will work with the buyer and seller to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:
    • Full or partial refund of the purchase price.
    • Replacement of the vehicle with a comparable one.
    • Repairing the disclosed major issues at the seller's expense.
  2. The specific resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances and the agreement reached between the buyer and seller.

Responsibilities and Costs :

  1. The buyer is responsible for documenting and providing evidence of the misrepresentation or undisclosed major issues in the vehicle.
  2. If the return is approved, the buyer may be responsible for returning the vehicle to the seller's designated location, at their own expense, unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties.
  3. Any costs associated with shipping, transportation, insurance, or repairs related to the return of the vehicle shall be mutually agreed upon by the buyer and seller.

Dispute Resolution :

  1. In the event of a dispute between the buyer and seller regarding a return, LG Holdings may act as a mediator to facilitate resolution.
  2. If a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through mediation, the parties may seek legal remedies according to the laws and jurisdiction of Japan.

Modifications to the Return Policy :

  1. LG Holdings reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time.
  2. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Return Policy.

Please note that this Refund(Return) Policy is in addition to any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
