Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LG Holdings. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App and website and constitute a legal agreement between you (“the User”) and LG Holdings (“the Company”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

User Eligibility :

1. The User must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to maintain the information updated.

App Usage :

1. The User agrees to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. The User shall not use the App to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities or to upload any offensive, defamatory content, or violates any third-party rights.
3. The User acknowledges that the Company may collect and use certain information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Auction Process :

1. The App allows users to participate in online auctions.
2. The User acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for the accuracy of the auction listings, and any reliance on such information is at their own risk.
3. The User understands and agrees that placing a bid on an auction listing is a legally binding commitment to purchase the vehicle if their bid is the highest at the auction's conclusion.
4. The Company reserves the right to cancel or remove any auction listing at its discretion.
5. The User acknowledges that the auction process may involve competition from other users and that the final sale price of a vehicle may exceed their bid.

Vehicle Condition and Inspection :

1. The User acknowledges that it is their responsibility to thoroughly inspect and assess the condition of a vehicle before placing a bid.
2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the vehicle information provided by the seller and strongly encourages Users to conduct independent inspections and verifications.
3. The User understands and accepts that they are purchasing vehicles as is and that the Company shall not be held responsible for any defects, damages, or misrepresentations regarding the vehicles.

Payment and Fees :

1. The User agrees to pay the final auction price, applicable taxes, and any additional fees or charges as specified in the auction listing.
2. The User acknowledges that the Company may charge a transaction fee or commission for facilitating the auction process, which will be clearly disclosed.
3. The User agrees to make timely payment for any vehicles won in the auction and to abide by the payment methods and deadlines specified by the Company.

Dispute Resolution :

1. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation in good faith.
2. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.

Modification of Terms :

1. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. The User will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Termination :

1. The User may terminate their use.
